Crystal is the owner of the agency and has been a licensed insurance professional for 32 years.  She specializes in all lines of insurance and has the Certified Professional Insurance Womens (CPIW) designation.  She has been a life long resident of the Williamsport community.  Crystal is the daughter of Bob & Pat Metzger the founders of Metzger Insurance Agency. She graduated from Muskingum College with a bachelors degree.  Her husband Larry is also a licensed agent and she has 2 children, Chance Sowers and Cassie Maddux which are licensed insurance agents and currently working in the agency.
